• Completed to turnkey finish including all external works within budget and on programme.

• Work completed included reinforced concrete strip foundations, raft & traditional

• insulated block work cavity wall construction, prefabricated truss roof construction

• with concrete tiled roofs and uPVC double glazed windows and doors.

• Roadways, paths &public utility services.
