Project Description

The project consisted of a modernisation of the existing store including new Kingspan cladding, floor tiles, works to the warehouse, welfare and bakery areas, new larger entrance pod, new full height glazing panels, alterations to the existing car park and trolley bay and all associated site works.

This project was undertaken and completed within the required 12 week timeframe agreed in tender stage. Works were carried out within budget to a very high standard which was to the utmost satisfaction of the client. These works were carried out over the Christmas period which is any retails store busiest period and the shop was able to remain operational for both staff, suppliers and customers throughout the construction process.
