The Construction of new industrial facility measuring over 1000m2 and to adjoin to existing unit existing building.

,Works included pile foundations structural steel frame installation of mezzanine floor, all mechanical and electrical installations.

Fit out Technopath Unit 1 which composed of a complete strip out of the old unit and the redesign and reconfiguration for an office layout.

Works included the installation of a new mezzanine floor. Plumbing and rewiring of entire unit.

All walls and existing columns were repainted.

New doors and windows were fitted.

It must be noted that the entire projects were carried out in a live working environment with no reportable health and safety issue occurring.
