Works consisted of the complete strip out of a Georgian building and the demolition of an existing extension to allow for upgrading of all elements throughout.

Careful detail was paid to match old styles with modern systems to complete this unique project and bring the clients visions to fruition.

All works were carried out in a live environment as the premises remained client occupied throughout the entire project.

Special Care had to be taken when carrying out any works on the Georgian building to maintain the integrity and blend in with the clients vision.
