Project Description

Construction of extensions, fit out and upgrade and civil works to rigid containers factory in Galvone Limerick.

Work Included

  • Construction of extension 100m2 to the current factory unit. 

  • 2 new steel frame extension adjoining the current factory.

  • Both extensions included piling, ground works, structural steel works, in-situ concrete works, installation of precast mezzanine floors & stairs.

  • All joinery, mechanical and electrical works were included.

  • Ground floor units fitted out with additional office units.

  • Installation of industrial petrol bypass separators, industrial grease trap and a new yard.
