This works consisted of the strip out of the existing AHU unit and associated ductworks and controls on the roof of the facility.

The strip out of previously removed AHU unit ductworks and associated pipework the removal of all associated pipe work and ducting in wax room and disposal of all materials safely off site.

Works involved the installation of a new AHU unit to the roof of the facility including the installation of new associated ductwork mechanical works and electrical installation.

Installation of a new elevated platform with associated handrails etc for the new AHU unit Works also included to associated builders work in relation to the installation which included internal wall modifications installation and modification to suspended ceiling and insulation works.

Works were carried out in a very tight frame as works were carried out in factory scheduled summer shutdown PBC coordinated with a number of specialised subcontractors in a very tight time to complete the works to a high standard.

Careful planning and strict supervision in relation to health and safety were carried out in this project as working on a live roof area and operation of mobile cranes were in use in this project and we were satisfied that no issue arose during this project.
