UL Sports Bar Renovation

Title: Construction of External Balcony Structure and Alterations to the Existing Sports Bar Building

Project Description

A full refurbishment was undertaken of the Arena Sports Club located on the University of Limerick Campus.

The new bar offers a modern, brighter space for students and the public to enjoy throughout the year.

Electrical and mechanical works were also undertaken in the process of the project.

This job took place while the college along with its sports arena and pitches remaining active throughout. Great care and planning were involved to ensure the safety of the public over the duration of the works.

A new extension that involved a 1st floor balcony overlooking the UL pitches was also undertaken during the works. This involved much steel work and lifting operations to achieve the clients design for the project.
